Welcome to BOQ360 ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website (boq360.lk), requesting software demonstrations, or utilizing the BOQ360 web platform and Android APK mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

This website provides public information regarding BOQ360 construction management software, available modules (including estimating, purchasing, site management, inventory, payroll, and reporting), and mobile application downloads. Specific commercial terms, user licences, implementation scope, SLA commitments, and custom software development are governed by separate written agreements or proposals executed between BOQ360 and client organizations.

2. Software Licencing & Access

Subject to an active subscription or agreement, BOQ360 grants client organizations a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BOQ360 web system and native Android application for internal construction business operations.

• User Credentials: Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted under their user accounts.
• Authorized Use: Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, disrupt, or access restricted platform databases or API endpoints without written authorization.

3. Mobile Application (Android APK)

The BOQ360 Android application is provided for site supervisors, engineers, and field staff to record site attendance, progress, and material receipts, including offline data caching. Users agree to download official APK releases directly from official BOQ360 domains.

4. Customisation & Software Enhancements

BOQ360 can be customized with new screens, workflow rules, custom management reports, and external API integrations. Custom features are scoped, developed, and deployed according to mutually agreed statements of work.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the BOQ360 software, brand marks, logos, website layout, code, documentation, and database architecture remain the exclusive property of BOQ360. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of software code or trademarks to users.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for maximum platform availability and data accuracy, website content and software features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BOQ360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability or improper field data entries.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
